StubHub ripped my boyfriend off. Gave him the runaround for a week saying the tickets would “show up within an hour or two of the event”. Tickets never showed up and we couldn’t get inside. Tried to get a refund but since there’s no bar code they said they couldn’t do anything for us. Almost $400 wasted on literally nothing :(
