We showed up, tickets did not load to get in to the concert. Us along with many others were on the phone and they still couldn't get in. Stub hub says we weren't there at the beginning so they cannot refund us. Odd that they can just tell us when to be there. No one cares about the opener. We can show up when we want and those tickets should have been available when we needed them.
