Terrible customer service! A concert was cancelled that I purchased tickets, after speaking to several reps my refund was sent to the wrong account. The supervisor on duty said that the rep I originally spoke to probably didn’t know the process and they would escalate it to a different department to see if they could correct! Also, the manager was rude and would not let me complete a sentence before he was talking over me.
