Purchased tickets for Hamilton, but were for the wrong day. Attempted to cancel the sale. Told “too bad” you purchased the tickets. Ok I will list and sell them. Complete nightmare. Multiple calls and hours on hold, they couldn’t tell me how to transfer them to a buyer. Finally got an answer from the original seller in about 5 minutes. I will still lose about $300 due to Stub Hub’s ridiculous fees which they do nothing to earn. This was my second interaction with them and both times another company had to fix it. They have only one job and SUCK at it!!!! Avoid them like the plague. Since you are getting charged exorbitant fees, you might as well go to Ticketmaster. They know what they are doing and I have had no problems with them
