Stubhub is trash. Do not get tickets through them. They let another email somehow get my tickets to upcoming concert. I have called them 3 times and been on hold/talking to them over and hour each time. Still no tickets! I even asked why can't they just cancel the ones someone took and issue me new ones??? They have no answer. I'll be damned if I'm dropping this. I paid $188 for 2 hours tickets and I was to go to this concert! It's 2 days away! Never ever will I use them again. Oh and good luck understanding the person on the phone
