Been sitting on hold for 1 hour. Called earlier today about tickets I purchased for a concert that was canceled asked for a supervisor and was told one would call me back…never happend. My purchased tickets and not showing in my paid orders so no way to resell and currently refusing to refund my money even thought I have emails with receipt.
