Purchase tickets 3 weeks before Cheifs game. Received email for parking pass same day purchased. Received confirmation email purchased tickets buy never received email with link to download tickets. Did a chat on day of game at 11:00 had to prove email had no link. Then they said seller never sent they have tell 2:30 pacific time to send day of evevt that is 4:30 central time zone where game is being played. Had to wait. At 4:40 I called. Was told seller never sent tickets I could get new tickets for game. All ticket they wanted to give upper-level in areas no one wants to set. I had lower level at 40 yard line. Told them I wanted refund. The only thing I took off early to go to this game. I had to tell my friends I was now not attending and they can't refund the parking pass that's $60 dollars. Will see if I even get refunded fit those tickets. 0 stars first time and will be last time I use them.
