Purchased tickets on Stubhub for $680.27 to Morgan Wallen/Jellyroll concert here in Tampa originally set for 07/12/2024. Link was sent and when I clicked to accept, tickets would not transfer. Concert cancelled and reset for 10/04/2024. Customer service tried to resend link to me on more than 1 occasion and link never worked. So, I have paid $680.27 and never received tickets. Customer service has told me several times that by 10/04/2024, they would either get me sellers tickets (or comparable seats) or issue refund. I asked for refund since goods I paid for have never been provided. Stubhub will not refund which I believe is in violation of consumer protection acts and and unfair and deceptive trade practice. I believe refund will allow me to ensure I get tickets to show and not be held hostage until day of show. Will never purchase tickets from Stubhub again.
