It makes me sad to have to write this. I do not like to write negative reviews, but here we are. I bought 2 tickets for a concert and only received one ticket. The purpose if going to the concert was to go with a friend. I had to buy 2 more tickets last minute at the concert venue so we could sit together. I contacted Stubhub and they only refunded $76 when I paid $304. I lost $228 for nothing. There is nothing else they can do for me. I will never buy from them again and will not recommend it to anyone.
