I bought season tickets to the University of Tennessee Football season 2024. I spent 2300.00 for these tickets. They sent me parking passes which was not what I ordered. I've been trying to get a refund for this for 2 months. I have had multiple conversations with different customer service people and have been told different things why my money has not been put back in my account. It has been a nightmare. I would not recommend StubHub to anyone.
