I purchased tickets in a pod section with better views and actual seats and instead received tickets for a lawn seat basically sitting on grass. I reached out to StubHub immediately before any artist came up on stage. Their customer service representative was not helpful and also lied about escalating my issue to their management as I had requested. I was waiting to hear back, but never did.
I reached back out and spoke to another customer service agent who verified that the prior agent never escalated my issue. However, was not able to provide me with much compensation as the event had already passed. I had informed him that I had reached out prior to the event even starting, but had to utilize the ticket to get into the amphitheater to figure out That I had the wrong seats. I have never been to this amphitheater before.
Prior to the event starting, I had presented to guest services at the amphitheater who mentioned that they have been receiving multiple issues with tickets from this company being a scam who also have given multiple other guests, incorrect, and lesser valued seats. They recommended not utilizing this company for any future events.
I have asked this company now over 3 times that I was wanted to speak to their supervisor and was denied access to one.
This is false advertisement and not checking what they are selling. I could have bought lawn general admissions tickets for much cheaper! In fact, the guest services at the end could have given me a booth with a dedicated wait staff for half the price I paid for through stub hub.
