I sold a ticket that was in pdf format. The ticket was for a parking pass. Stubhub kept asking me for a barcode which I did not have. They did not allow me to change the ticket type. I called 7 times to address this issue but every single time I was kept on hold for more than 45 minutes with no one ever getting back to me! This company has the worst customer service that I have ever encountered.
