Don´t ever buy from stubhub. I purchased Taylor Swift Vienna concert tickets but the concert was canceled and I should have received 100% refund, but it never happened. Their customer service is really terrible and they will not help you. Everytime when I spoke with someone, I was told something completely different. and I heard so many times this "Your issue has been escalated, please wait couple of days", but they never wrote me any update until I contacted them again. It is still the same over and over, they don´t even try to solve my issue. And there are more people for the same concert but never get their money back. Really, just don´t trust stubhub. Just recently one of their agent even wanted for me to provide them my whole bank history of my payments since August, so I could prove that I didn´t receive the refund, I was really shocked by this but when I´m asking them if they can send some confirmation that they sent the money, they are not able to provide it.
