Purchased 3 tickets, never received email week of or day of to accept tickets. I had to locate tickets from confirmed purchased email. Went to venue and was told tickets can’t be scanned and there’s issues with Stubhub tickets on a regular basis. Went to venue customer service desk and was told my 3 tickets were already accepted / confirmed by another person. Which tells me I was SCAMMED and my tickets were sold to a higher bidder. I was livid that I effin drove 3 hours to see Maxwell and you cheated me and my friends out of a fun time experience. There were lots of people having the same experience with your company. I hope you do a better job with your promoting team to by providing and confirming that consumers will receive tickets, which means you need a better quality assurance department to prevent SCAMMING. Moving forward i will only be purchase my tickets at Venues. However, i must say your customer service rep that was working with me knew my frustration as I gave her a heads up I was extremely angry and she remained calm the entire time.
