Stubhub has different rules for reselling tickets for the general public and professional scalpers. Do not buy from this company. They allow scalpers to sell tickets without row snd seat numbers. They insisted that I have an extra ticket that I couldn't sell because I had to walk in the new buyers yet the ticket I bought from a seller was transferred electronically the day before the concert. Even though I proved to them I had another set of tickets I bought from ticketmaster They would not allow me to sell all my tickets. WhT a scam.
