This was a very disappointing experience. We purchase Sabrina tickets back in July and received a notification from Ticketmaster that the seller violated their code. After calling over 6 times we were assured that we will get the same or better tickets. Every time we called they kept saying another day, another hour etc they will come through. Here we are on the afternoon of the concert and then they finally deliver some stand up at the very back of the stadium which is not the same as the tickets we purchased. I kept asking why we are paying the price and inconvenience for someone that was in violation. They should have issued us replacement tickets there and then not put us through this for the last few months. This became our problem not theirs. Very disappointing do not use them!
