There are know words to describe the experience with Stub Hub. The only way I can think to describe the experience is a scam. They get your order at full price and when they unable the deliver your tickets they start a negotiation to keep you hooked until the event has started to avoid giving you a 100% refund. By doing this they end up making 20% to 30% without providing any service.. What a racket. I’m going to turn them into Attorney General of the state of Missouri..
