Didn't get tickets until 2 hours before the start of the show. Once I received them I went to go into the venue, but they wouldn't scan. I was directed to the venues box office where I was told the ticket weren't legitimate. In order to see the show I had to buy a second set of tickets. I contacted stub hub the next day, but they said unless I had proof I didn't get to attend the show, I would not get a refund. They said I need a video or pic of the scanner not being able to scan the barcode on the ticket. This was the next day and I was already headed home (out of state).
