I shipped my tickets with the shipping label provided by StubHub. 3 attempts were made to the seller, who never picked up or made arrangements to get the tickets. The sellers complained they never received the tickets. I had proof of attempted deluveries, and StubHub attempted to fine me 100% of the costs of the tickets, because "it was my responsibility to insure the tickets gof delivered". StubHub provided the shipping label, proof of 3 attempted deliveries, but I was at fault.
