I bought a parking pass that cost me $88.44 for a football game. This parking was at a private home but listed through their site. When we got to the area, we found out that the address listed on parking pass DOES NOT exist. We even asked the neighbors and were told by them that the address does not exist. I tried to cancel the parking but was unable to. So I sent an email with this issue telling them we had to pay an additional $35 for parking. All they gave me back was $22 to put towards a future event. Seriously? What happened to 100% guaranteed? Clearly that is not a thing. So now I will be calling my bank to report it as fraud.
