I purchase a ticket back in the summer for a concert scheduled for Dec 3rd. I was NOT sent tickets right away. It was 3 months later! By then I had already received a comp’d ticket from the venue once I told them what happened, which they were nice enough to do. I did dispute the charges back in the summer with my bank who initially gave me back my money only to turn around months later and yank the money back out of my account. They cited that according to Stubhub rules they did nothing wrong! I finally got ahold of their customer service and they told me the only way to receive a refund was to sell the tickets on their website which I did post but they didn’t sell! So I’m out of $75 (which they tacked on additional fees)! Do NOT use this company!
