Do not trust their guarantee! I purchased tickets that were incorrectly listed. Their rep acknowledged they were incorrectly listed and said I would get a refund. The refund link never came. I tried following up and was told that there was nothing wrong with the listing and wouldn't receive a refund even though I sent them screenshots proving it was wrong. Even though I haven't had a bad experience before now, I will never buy from them again since they don't keep their customer promises. I'm starting the process with both my credit card company and BBB to get a refund.
