StubHub is a joke..I bought tickets for Metallica,suicidal tendencies and pantera at Bank of America stadium in Charlotte..could not load my tickets with the link that was sent to me,tickets could not be found at the venue site with order number,e-mail or phone number.called stubhub and was informed that I get no refund and there is nothing they can do for my situation.ALSO could not park in area we payed for because it was blocked off….WE WILL NEVER USE STUBHUB AGAIN
