I bought tickets a year in advance for Mamma Mia at the Paramount Theater in Seattle, it was going to be a gift for my daughter, and I waited until an hour before the event for them and they simply asked me to reschedule for another day or ask for my money back and of course I asked for my refund. I am completely dissatisfied with StubHub!!
