we purchased two tickets for $304 to sleeping beauty ballet 4 moths prior to the date. Just few nights to the date we received the tickets. We were so much looking forward to it. When we got to the theatre, they told us the performance was cancelled but no one tried to reach us informing of cancellation. The theatre told us that they have informed their customers by emails about the cancellation but since we had bought them from Stubhub they are not responsible for any refunds. So we asked how much were the tickets purchased from the theatre directly, the manager told us $40 each!!!! So we had paid $304 as opposed to $80. We called Stubhub immediately on spot and they were giving us hard time denying the cancellation. We had to get the theatre manager to write and confirm that the program is canceled and we emailed it to them. In a few days we got an email that they are processing our refund and it will take 8 days , this was back in May. Now we are in end of August and still there is no news of a refund on our credit care. I tried to reach them by chat and their answer below is so ridiculous . They are bunch of crooks and God knows who and how they running this operation?!!!!
