I purchased tickets for a November 15, 2024 Lou Gramm concert. The concert was postponed until July 25, 2025. The concert was canceled due to artist illness. I have sent proof from the venue of the cancellation 3 times and stubhub will not refund my money. No one speaks English and they have no call centers In the United States. I will never do business with them again.
