The most unprofessional customer service! They sent me a confirmation email on 5/6/25 saying that the event I paid for was cancelled, now saying it postponed indefinitely. No refund or credit! Order #546876912. The agent said him name was Miles, I asked to speak to a supervisor so he just kept me on hold for over 2 hours until I gave up! These people are scammers! Do not use them! This explains all the bad publicity they are getting! You have been warned!!
