My wife decided to buy, for my birthday, a pair of shoes (Pantofolad'oro).
After 5 times that I used them, they got broken and Yoox did not believe it.
We sent back the shoes paying the shipping, they recredit us the cost of the shoes; then we order something else to be delivered in a specific and different address. They did not care about the new address, shipped to the wrong one, and lost track of the box. Long story short, they did not admit the mistake and we lost over 200$.
And I have the feeling they did it on purpose to scam us with their fake customer service.
