Ok. First I bought some pants that later turned out to be out of stock. Was refunded..Days later the return cleared via PayPal. Tried again and bought a smaller pair as I fit either …they send me shorts in my size but these ain’t pants. I call and they tell me to use a return form to instigate a return. I get started… The form requires a return number. The number needs to be obtained via the desktop site. Screwed if you don’t have a desktop pc…another call to help. I get an email with the number. I then discover in the email with said number that I will be charged a return fee of $15! Another call to help. They say they’ll wave the fee if they deem the return to be their problem..I get then told I need to supply the delivery guy with 3 copies of the form!! Ffs….! They send only 1 copy in the box to you have to find a way of duplicating the form…which I do not have… I’m at this stage with the return. Next a trip to the newsagent to photocopy the form. Then to find the time to meet the dhl dude to return the item as I’m super busy at work this week that won’t happen. Got to say this is the most difficult shopping experience I’ve had. Especially considering this was definitely not my fault. Do not use this service. They’re just a search engine with a lack of regard for the customer.
