Paid £9 for a home delivery, never recived it , my parcel end up somwhere in collection UPS point miles away. I was secured by Yoox staff that they guarantee and takes responsibility for UPS.
Parcel undelivered Yoox staff will be against you, customer in faver of UPS, the managment decided to up selling UPS postages instead of own products.
Parcel will be refunded, unsold, lost at least two more potential customers too.
