Yoox Saudi Arabia offers no customer service at all. When someone decides to eventually answer the phone they are friendly but completely ignore the request. I have made 4 phone calls ( no assistance ) and 3 emails ( no reply ) because I did not receive a refund of an item I returned by 10th May 2021. It is now 23 July 2021- more than 2 months. Since no measurements are given online and no customer care person can give measurements- one takes a chance to buy anything and yet returns are very risky because you cannot be guaranteed a refund. I have been asking for a proof of refund and this is all I need to show the bank- but they cannot , or do not care to provide it . So sad.I am leaving Saudi and the bank account will be closed .My plea for simply providing a proof of refund to follow up has been completely ignored.
