Customer Service Was Helpful. Advised Prior To Purchase The Warehouse Was Closed Due To COVID-19. The Merchandise Was Shipped Several Weeks Later And Received As Described. Other Than A Delay In Shipment The Transaction was Fine. The Merchandise Is Authentic. Made Two Additional Purchases Within last Six Weeks Without Problems. Will Shop Yoox Again.
