I have been a customer of YOOX since they started in UK in 2015. I had no problems before but my latest order this week started by being accepted, is still pending on my credit card, yet had a reversed acceptance decision and cancelled by YOOX for some reason. No Means of contact. I suddenly get a call from YOOX asking me to stop ordering from them without any explanation given. Weird company. weird service. (considering I was a good customer with successful orders and returns for many years back)
