I have been buying from Yoox since they first opened many years ago. Their customer service is definitely worsened over the years. Hi have been on the phone for an hour, they finally got me off the queue but no one is taking the call. I called back from another number and I have been waiting for another 30 minutes. I don’t think that anyone is working and they should change their recording for today.
Horrible client experience.
