I ordered a book 26 days ago. It was delivered about two weeks ago--TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. Theoretically, I am going to receive a replacement but can get no affirmative answer other than form "We're so sorry, etc." Will never order from them again. Try Thriftbooks, people.
