Bought 2 coffee machines, 1 failed after 1 used, tried to get a refund, the company says no, sending back to company was like running a marathon backward & blindfolded, in future, I would happily pay double the price for some decent customer service. if "croydon Trading standards" were doing their job properly this company would have been shut down years ago. After the 1 machine came back was told it was working ok, but the 1st time I used it after its return the coffee leaked out & burnt the kitchen porter. , will not waste any more time with this company.
