Extremely poor customer service - items have turned up late and damaged, and it's impossible to get through to customer service on the phone, and they are very slow to respond to emails.
Also refused to exchange damaged item, despite having spent thousands of pounds with them and having had previous issues with other items purchased from them. Will not be using this company ever again and would not recommend anyone else to use them.
