supplied returns form without the returns address.
refused to accept return to delivery address as should have gone to a different address not supplied with returns form.
Customer service has been inaccurate and inconsiderate at best
Accrued £80 in delivery costs and have a redundant unit.
Appalling . Don’t USE!!
