Wish I read the reviews before hand. Placed an order then realised the items wouldn’t fit so rang to cancle the item to be told there is a restocking charge of 25% of the value of the item. £90 to restock something that’s not even been delivered.
Items have arrived damaged, tried getting in touch with them requesting they compensate me 25% of the value but no response. I will be reporting them to trading standards as this company needs to be closed down.
I’m kitting a full factory out and so happy I didn’t spend thousands.
Will not be using again, worst customer service ever.
