I owned a smaller and slower hobby laser for 1 month before ordering a MIRA 9 with AEON Laser US. From the quote process to the set up, AEON Laser USA was so helpful in getting me to where I wanted my business to be. I knew I needed faster, stronger, bigger, but what I really needed was excellent customer service. After 3 months of running my MIRA 9, I again needed more. I reached out, and ordered a NOVA 14. I will be running both to maintain my business traffic. I know that I am getting quality, reliable machines and service.
