Received a faulty phone. For 2 days I have been trying to speak to someone to help me without any success the chat asked me to contact Vodafone .Vodafone ask me to contact affordable mobiles customer services and. Customer services asked me said sorry I can't help you and gave me number to call
I rang I was told to send an email to carel@affordable.co.uk .I did .until now no reply l. No on wanted to take responsibility
All of them workings from home and have no time for the customer's problems
