After placing an order, I received an email 1 minute later to explain my order was on hold.
It transpires that my order was cancelled for "security reasons" but after checking all of my details and running a credit score, there is no valid reason as to why they cancelled.
I spoke to two members of the customer service department who were unable to give any further information who have now informed me that I am unable to place any further orders with the business.
I've had a very poor experience with this company and would not recommend them at all.
