Bought a corner unit after 16 months realised seam wasn’t stapled and seat sunk was told to pay £60 for technician to come and look at it under 10 year guarantee was not made aware of this charge when purchasing should be made clearer so paid the £60 appointment made technician came out a bar wasn’t put in right fixed it straight away and sorted seam out all in my home excellent after service would recommend to friend and will definitely use this store again has can’t fault after sales service
