You pay for a" technician" to come and inspect my faulty mattresses and they say one thing in front of me and then report the opposite.
Before this Neil the technician left my property he said to me that "If it was him he wouldn't accept that mattress in that state of shedding so much sheep wool his black top was covered in hairs, oh no way. But he said that the people paying him ARE" expecting my report"....
Reading between the lines no" posive reports no job"
