absolute rubbish company 171 days (near 6 months) to deliver a settee

We brought a 2 and 3 seater sofa from this company. Sale's staff were very good and our sofa's are very good at the moment. But my complaint is we had a easily fixed problem with a broken recliner spring. So I went to the store we brought it from.. they told me to get it touch with customer services. So thinking it would just be a case of putting a new spring in the post. I was told I would need a engineer to come out to look at it. This would also be at a cost of £ 72. I politely declined the offer. I will not replace it myself Because it will make my life time guarantee invalid. Also what believe is each time you use your life time guarantee you are charged £ 72. We also purchased a 5 year accidental insurance policy. So I'm wondering if that's worth the papper it's written on. That cost us £ 235. We have to see. We are in the planning stage of refitting two of our bedrooms. We definitely will not be using this company.😡

Looking at all these reviews I'm not surprised everyone has had issues, I serviced this furniture for 2 months as a furniture repair technician, I have to say the furniture in a word is utter garbage, its OK at shop front sales they can be the nicest people in the world, however customer service is also garbage, I refused to service the furniture in the end..

Bought a corner unit via the Fabb Furniture store. There is nothing Fabb about this. Loose threads. Cushions that have sunk within weeks of delivery and their refusal under the Consumer Rights Act to honour a repair or replacement. This company is seriously lacking customer support as the customer is basically told to clear off. This is going to be highlighted by the media and I'll gladly post how awful this furniture is. DO NOT ORDER from this company at all

I was a bit concerned about receiving our new sofas after reading such negative reviews. But I am very pleased with our new Leo sofas. they did take a long time to be made, and though they've only been in our house 2 days, so far they were worth the wait. comfortable and stylish. the actual delivery went smoothly by friendly and professional delivery team dont be put off my negative reviews. Customer service were also polite and helpful on the few occasions I had to call. 5 stars.

Looking at other reviews, there appears to be an ongoing issue with poor customer service. I ordered a sofa on 9th October 22, which still hasn't arrived. At the time of purchase, signs were displayed all over the showroom guaranteeing a Christmas delivery. I received regular updates from the time of purchase to say that the sofa was on target to be delivered right up until 15th December, then the calls changed to say there was a delay and that it would be the 1st week of January. Another call confirmed that there was a further delay and the estimated delivery is now the end of January, due to shipping delays. Staff are trained like robots and just constantly apologise without dealing with the issue. There is no option to cancel your order (which is in the small print). The sofas are not British made as I was led to believe. They are manufactured in Asia and shipped to the UK where they are assembled. This company needs to stop false advertising and deal with the ongoing complaints it is receiving. Had I read the reviews first I would not have ordered from them. I strongly advise people not to order from these until they sort out the backorders and customer complaints.

Sofa was delivered in feb 2021 and has now got a fault on the fabric, was told it had a guarantee on the fabric for two years, when called to ask it to be repaired I was told it would cost me £60. For someone to come out and look at it. Explained to the girl on the phone that no where in my contract did it say I had to pay for it to be repaired, she just said you pay for it or we don’t come out. Asked to speak to a manager who she said was not available and would tell me the same thing. Would not recommend this company at all.

You are a bunch of....." You pay for a" technician" to come and inspect my faulty mattresses and they say one thing in front of me and then report the opposite. Before this Neil the technician left my property he said to me that "If it was him he wouldn't accept that mattress in that state of shedding so much sheep wool his black top was covered in hairs, oh no way. But he said that the people paying him ARE" expecting my report".... Reading between the lines no" posive reports no job" Shame on you, Fabbfurniture and Ecomasters....

Would give minus starts if I could!! Dreadful company! Do not use!! The sales rep put the incorrect mattress onto my order and one too soft was delivered. Took 2 months to realise it wasn't the mattress I told the rep I wanted. Was left in agony whilst pregnant and unable to sleep. Contacted so called customer services who flatly said can't help you. Then proceeded to completely ignore me. Desperate and 5 months pregnant. Had to spend hundreds on another mattress just to get some sleep. Despicable treatment of a woman in need.

Bought the Tivoli 3 and 2 Seater Sofa in December 2019. It was meant to be on a 12 week delivery but it actually took 8 months to receive it. We were promised a cash payment if the sofa delivery was late but this never materialised! Just rude customer service staff that are completely unhelpful! After 4 months we noticed the stuffing was falling out from the underside of each recliner so we contacted AHF who sent an engineer to inspect. He came out within 2 weeks so cant complain about this but after he inspected the sofas he said they had been made wrong and we would need the sofas replacing. Waited another 7 months for the replacement sofas and guess what ....... the seats have sunk on the 3 seater and the stitching is coming away from the seats! Rang AHF AGAIN!! Another Inpspection visit booked in - they came out in July and said the seats would need replacing! Yesterday the parts arrived out of the blue - there has been no communication whatsoever from AHF to keep me in the loop. In the meantime the sofas have developed yet more stitching faults! Rang again and have now arranged another inspection - unsure when the replacement parts that i have will be fitted and they cant tell me either. So 4 sofas later and now more replacement parts! These sofas will end up like Triggers Broom at this rate! PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS - ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING POOR RPODUCTS - If i could give a zero star review i would. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone!

waited 5 months for a sofa and two chairs when came completely sags unlike the one in the shop. has caused me complete anxiety has have bone issues and would never have bought it if it sagged in the shop. they sent a technician who said i was too slight what a joke . will NEVER buy anything from them again have completely wasted our money advise people not to shop there.

Immaculate store and very well laid out. Jake who assisted me was friendly polite and very knowledgeable. He answered all my queries promptly and made the whole experience pleasurable. Would definitely shop there again.

Zero stars actually! In 2019 Bought the Tivoli 2 and 3 seaters with power recliners and USB ports. After 18 months on the 3 seater the USB ports heated up frazzling 3 apple products that were on charge. After paying £60 call out fee the engineer said that all 4 units on both sofas needed replacing. When the 3 seater is plugged in it has a burning smell so have had to leave it unplugged. It’s now over 8 months later and these have not been replaced. Keep getting emails of dates when they are coming into stock but they never arrive. Also the lining under the foot rests of both sofas has ripped and foam all hanging out. (This happened just after 12 months but was told it wasn’t covered even though we took out the extra cover)Quality is shocking. Very Poor materials have been used. Fabb furniture do not want to help with regards to the damaged apple products unless we get proof that they were damaged by the faulty USB ports that burn and heat up when the sofa is plugged in!!! What proof do they need it’s obvious! So as it stands we have a 3 year old sofa all lining and padding coming away under all 4 footrests. The 2 seater with only 1 USB port working. One 3 seater that can’t be plugged in as it burns as controls heat up. 1 frazzled iPad,2 iPhones And of course I had to pay £60 for the engineer to come out! I have never dealt with such a terrible company who ignore emails Avoid at all costs. Cheap rubbish

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM AHF! If I could leave a minus 100 I would. I have never dealt with such a terrible company. We have had nothing but issues with AHF. We bought our settee and a foot stool back in Feb 2020, we got the settee and foot stool in Jan 2021 and when it arrived it was scratched. In May both sides of the settee were collapsing in on themselves, to this day, I am still waiting for them to be fixed. I understand that there has been a pandemic but this wait time is unbelievable. The customer service is shocking whereby I have completely lost the will! I am basically paying for a settee that I cannot use. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This company is not worthy of anyones money. They have the worst customer service ever. I have never left a review for any business as such, it’s not in my nature. However, This company has caused nothing but misery and stress. We purchased one wardrobe for £1600. We received it 9 months after promised. When we received it, the wardrobe fell apart literally!! We were then told we have to pay further £60 to get this looked at!!!!! Upon purchase we were told to pay extra for 10 year warranty. Absolutely ridiculous. Save your time and money. Go else where

I'm very angry I have had to take 4 days holiday because my mattress was damaged on arrival came to drop off another mattress that to was damaged I the mean time I had to take a day off for the bad mattress to be picked up Kept being promised another mattress would be delivered on a date no phone call not ready now after 5 months they have another new mattress but I can't take any more holiday off I have asked for a 7 to 8 time slot they can't do that. Why should you give up my well earned holiday again.

Bought a large corner sofa unit from this company & after waiting ages for delivery & being fobbed off with numerous excuses, it eventually arrived but wasn't the one we ordered. We couldn't wait any longer so decided to keep it, but after no more than the expected use the surface has started to disintegrate. Absolute rubbish quality & should never be sold. Avoid this company at all costs.
