Sofa was delivered in feb 2021 and has now got a fault on the fabric, was told it had a guarantee on the fabric for two years, when called to ask it to be repaired I was told it would cost me £60. For someone to come out and look at it. Explained to the girl on the phone that no where in my contract did it say I had to pay for it to be repaired, she just said you pay for it or we don’t come out. Asked to speak to a manager who she said was not available and would tell me the same thing.
Would not recommend this company at all.
