The most unreliable company I have ever seen . I’ve ordered a sofa 20 weeks ago and I have not received my order yet . Every time I call the customer service, they refuse to give me information about my order and they have very bad attitude .

Ask to see proof of liability insurance before buying! You will need it to claim for delivery damage!

Bought 2 Three seaters from AHF in Aug.20 got delivered in Feb.21 but due to pandamic accepted the delay, but to our surprise it was the wrong colour. Spoke to AHF customer care team Mr Zaheer, who was apologetic and apologised for this mistake, offered couple of options which looked attractive but the time scale was not acceptable so we asked for refund, again Mr. Zaheer was very helpful, and told me once we receive the goods we will give you a full refund which he did. I would still go and visit AHF store and advice anybody to buy from them, as my experience tells me that they are very professional in customer care. Thank you AHF

Orderd settee and arm chair when delivered one chair leg was broken, told it would be replaced within the week six weeks later and five further phone calls one a week each time told how sorry they are and it will get sorted immediately still waiting, can't wait for Keighley store to reopen as I am going to picket and leaflet the store every sat and sun see how they like loosing possible customers

Bought £700 chair when we got it it was very uncomfortable the shop was unwilling to do anything very, very bad customer service. I will not return and will advise as many people as possible to avoid the shop. Utterly useless

Appalling customer service .. joke to call it that! Mum had a sofa delivered 3 months after order , arrived , delivery drivers tried to force it through the door , damaged the door frame quite badly . Mum purchased said sofa as she was guaranteed it could be taken apart and put back together by delivery people .. she had to ask them to stop forcing it and take the thing apart .. which they did eventually .. after they had left she could see it had been re assembled wrongly. Been emailing as no one answers the phones , no reply via emails. Annoyingly I had seen negative reviews of this company before , Mum went to a trusted department store unaware they were now owned by AHF ... Had I know I would have steered her away.

They have worst manager I have ever seen in any places he doesn’t have any manners and very bad attitude and the service they are good until makes you to buy after that .....

we have been waiting since before christmas for 2 replacement shelves as they were damaged on delivery. The wardrobe cost us over £1000!!!!!!

Save your money settee turned up 12 weeks late with a hole in it, lied threw teeth saying they going to give me second compo after service terrible , 31 weeks for settee replacement , good look getting one no just on time or damaged

Customer service terrible we are on second three piece suite in 4 years complained about second one when fabric started to look worn after a month of use .were told it was fabric crush also foam on seats creasing badly ,it actually looks like its 20 years old instead of 20 months .Having to buy another from another store

GUARANTEED DELIVERY - NOT! Purchased a wardrobe 15 Sep 20 with GUARANTEED delivery for Christmas. Notified by text beginning of December that it would arrive 4 Jan 21. After 4 attempts to resolve the issue and after 3 promised return calls that didn’t happen, they offered me £50 as a GOOD WILL gesture, I was flabbergasted by the insult and refused the offer as I wanted my furniture as promised and contracted. Tried to blame COVID for late arrival however, a previous customer services rep told me it was due to arrive in UK 08 Dec. After wasting hours of my time the furniture arrived 4 Jan 21, 10 days after the GUARANTEED delivery date. On the plus side the gents that delivered and assembled the furniture were great, as is the furniture. Shocking customer services.

WE ARE STILL WAITING ** SEVEN MONTHS ** NOW FOR THE DELIVERY OF OUR SOFA. CUSTOMER "DON'T" CARE SERVICE ARE UTTERLY SHOCKING. WE WERE TOLD 08 JAN 2021 "IT WAS OUR FAULT FOR ORDERING IN A PANDEMIC" NOT THEIRS FOR SELLING IT TO US ADVISING "THERE WILL BE NO DELAYS IN DELIVERY DUE TO COVID". WE WERE ALSO TOLD "YOU MIGHT WANT TO REMEMBER THAT THIS IS COSTING US A FORTUNE IN DOCKS FEES" BECAUSE THIS IS WHERE THEY SAY OUR SOFA IS. WE WERE ALSO MOANED AT BECAUSE "YEAH, BUT, I'M 1 OF ONLY 5 PEOPLE OUT OF A TEAM IF 18 WHO ARE ACTUALLY BOTHERING TO WORK". WE HAVE HAD NUMEROUS DELIVERY DATES, RANGING FROM OCT 2020, SEVERAL IN NOV & DEC 2020 AND THREE SO FAR FOR JAN 2021. NONE IF WHICH WERE TRUE, JUST LIE AFTER LIE PLUCKED FROM THE SKY. SO AHF, BEFORE YOU DELETE THIS - THEY BLOCKED ME FROM INSTAGRAM FOR TELLING THE TRUTH YESTERDAY - HOW ABOUT YOU DO YOUR DAMN JOBS. START WITH THE TRUTH. GIVE US AN EXACT DELIVERY DATE AND STICK TO IT. YESTERDAY YOU STARTED A CAMPAIGN PROMISING NEW CUSTOMERS DELIVERY WITHIN TWO WEEKS FROM AN ONLINE ORDER. YOU CAN NOT FACILITATE AN ORDER FROM ** SEVEN MONTHS AGO ** STOP LYING AND DELIVER OUR FURNITURE. BTW - WE WERE TOLD YESTERDAY THAT WE ARE NOT ENTITLED TO A REFUND BECAUSE "YEAH, WELL IT'S NOT OUR FAULT YOU HAVEN'T GOT YOUR ORDER". YOU ARE FAILING ON EVERY SINGLE LEVEL. YOU ARE DISGRACEFUL. WE HAVE TRIED BY TELEPHONE, EMAIL, LIVE CHAT, SOCIAL MEDIA. STILL NOTHING.

Absolute dire customer service. Ignoring calls and e mails. Waited 6 months for delivery of table set, one part missing. Had to pay someone to make missing part. As a goodwill gesture they repaid me!. Big deal, I got what was owed to me. Never will I shop here again. Avoid at all cost.

Would never recommend, unfortunately buying recliners, its very dangerous with kids as they have a huge gap,very easy for any child to put hands through and get there hands stuck, i did contact AHF furniture many times, as its very dangerous if you have kids,they where not willing to help,never would i ever buy any items from there i would pay a little extra and go to DFS,very bad service.

Terrible service, late delivery and still waiting. When you call them you just get excuses. Check other sites for reviews before purchasing of off them. I won’t be using them again.

Brought a marble table that was put together wrong , sent repair man that said takes two people . Months later two men drop table and damaged my floor and table. They tried to hide damage. We got a refund via credit card but we want deposit back paid on debit card before giving furniture back. Staff are very rude and deny responsibility, don’t shop there as i understand issues but it’s how you resolve them. The above does not detail enough how painful this has been and all the lies we have heard from them.
