Absolute shocking after service - mis-sold insurance package that’s not fit for purpose. Now want another £60 for to come and have a look.
Made an insurance claim with the company who sent someone out …. Continually blamed us for the damage on the headrest. Went on to tell us that the sofa comes in black and is then sprayed to the desired colour …. Now the paint is peeling away like when you get pva glue on your hands. I am disgusted and this company should be avoided at all costs. I mean … sprayed furniture ???????
