Atrocious Service
Atrocious service. Ordered settee in April 2019. Informed it was being quality checked on 15 July 2019. No contact whatsoever from AHF after that and still waiting for delivery.
I emailed via the website for an update and did not receive a response. I have made daily phone calls since 9 August 2019 but still do not have a delivery date. The responses to the phone calls have been very uninterested and unhelpful, particularly Phoebe. Each time I have been told someone will call back, including Craig, Customer Services Manager but I have not once received a call back.
I would not recommend at all.
