Ajio has seriously let me down. I received the wrong product, and when I tried to initiate an exchange, the app said “No exchange allowed for wrong product.” Are you kidding me? You send the wrong item, and then refuse to take responsibility?
Tried calling customer care countless times. No one answers. It’s like they just don’t care. After wasting hours and trying again and again, finally someone answered—only to tell me the same nonsense: “No return allowed, even if it's our fault.”
So now, Ajio gets to keep my money, send me the wrong product, and even eat the ₹19 convenience fee for a mistake they made. This is not just poor service—it’s a scam.
